Please a number has been calling that my monthly fee (£20) for unlimited data, calls and text can be reduced to (£12) per month. Is this from smarty

Hi smarty don't do calls so it's false but if your on UK benefits like ESA then yes unlimited calls texts and data is £12 if you haven't disclosed this information to smarty take the call as false

@Tonye123  This could well be a scam. As @Unitysounduk  says, you may be eligible for the £12 Social Tariff if you receive certain  income-based benefits (the most common is Universal Credit)
