I have an iPhone 13 that is e_sim compatible so 8 swapped to e_sim now l cant receive or make calls even when it shpwed e_sim was activated. Chat not replying. No one to call. Any ideas? Thanks.
@PaulBai_1023522 Have you looked at Settings>Mobile Service>SIMS to check that the sim shows there and is turned on? Have you removed the physical sim?
