Downloading Video podcasts

Hi everyone!

I can't seem to download video on Smarty. I can stream 4k video to my TV and download other content with no problems, it'd just that video podcasts never download on any device. 

Does anyone know how this can be solved?

I have a problem downloading podcasts - they never complete, and always end with an error.

The signal is solid - full strength with all bars.   My modem is TP-link mifi M7350.

 

This happens every time in every location, in Britain and abroad.   I've tried it with small podcasts, and downloading them serially.   They never complete - aleays croaks before they get to the end.

They download fine on the same laptop using site wifi.
