Going to Barbados next year and want to know should I turn off data roaming as when I went earlier this year I used £15 add on in 10 minutes without using my phone, which then left my phone unable to receive calls from uk.

@JohnWil_1664617 I think you are correct. If you turn off mobile data, then you shouldn't be using up credit.

If you can, feeble wifi may prove best with calls via something like WhatsApp.
