Does anyone know of any reason why my coverage is getting progressively worse? I'm in the HU16 area. Also does SMARTY have a phone help line?

@LuigiRe_1523800 That is unfortunately a "No" on both counts . Have you completed a Network Status check for your postcode? Is it possible that there is ongoing work on a mast?
Smarty keeps prices down by not having phone help.

Thank you for your response. I hope its just work on a mast but its been going on for several months now. Low cost explains no phone help. Maybe time for a change? Thank you again!
