Connectivity issues

I have been with smarty for around 1 year but have been getting very frustrated recently as the network on my phone is very intermittent . Either very low connectivity ( status bar low), showing a searching for network symbol or non at all. Has anyone else been experiencing this. I am seriously thinking of going with another supplier.

@KarenRa_2738134 No, things are fine here. Have you run a Network Status check for your postcode when speed is poor?
