I’m trying to connect to a wi-fi mobile hub with my Smarty Sim in it, while roaming abroad.
When I connect to the wi-fi hub my iPhone comes up with a screen titled “Log in to Captive Wi-fi”. This then shows the Smarty.co.uk login page. Putting in my credentials just takes me to the dashboard page….it doesn’t resolve the Login process for the wi-fi to connect to my phone (or other device).
I’ve tried with a different wi-if hub - same problem. I’ve tried connecting from a different device (Firestick) - same problem…….Smarty asks for a Login that doesn’t resolve.
Going round in circles - any suggestions?
UPDATE: put the sim directly in iPhone. Cannot connect to internet BUT can connect to Smarty dashboard - so looks like an account / activation issue (perhaps).

Update: Smarty have advised I’ve ran out of Roaming data.
It’s a pity Smarty didn’t notify me on that - nor does the dashboard say that when attempting to log in.
