Hi. Just set up my son with a new phone and wondered if he can access his own dashboard to check usage and data etc?

I’ve tried a few times as obviously I can see it in my dashboard as family account holder (group plan) but can’t seem to get it sorted on his own phone and wondered if it was because it’s an under 14 sim?

If you have set him up as a 'nickname' sim then he will not be able to access his account totally.

Is it not preferable for you to keep control of the account totally for a youngster?
