@Stringy Have you received an email confirming that your number has been successfully moved from your old network to Smarty?
Does your dashboard show that number? If it does, but text messages not working, firstly try a Network Reset in your phone settings. If that is not successful, you will need a web chat with smarty for them to investigate the possibility of a split port.
