Cannot select a voice data plan

Hi, I have used smarty for a few months with a data only plan. Now I want to change to a voice data plan but there are only data only plan shown when I choose renew plan. Can anyone tell me what happens!

@LAUWAICHUEN You will need to web chat with Smarty Support Team as they will need to remotely provision your sim so as to be able to use it for voice and data instead of just data.
