I've already asked for a replacement SIM as mine stopped working I was sent one with a different number... I needed a replacement for my actual account. I'm paying for something I can't actually use the SIM hasn't worked for at least 2 months now.

@JoshHar_2891949 You will need a web chat with Smarty Support Team to solve this. If you ordered a Replacement sim via your dashboard, it should have the same number/plan etc on it once activate.
Did you perhaps order a new sim and not a replacement?

well I tried to replace the SIM, I gave my issue to support and followed a link for a a replacement sim, haven't been able to use this SIM or number for some time now... Will have to try figure how to do that though I think it's best to cancel not really keen on this online setup with no customer home support. Haven't used the SIM at all and it's just costing me to not have access to anything for at least 2 months now.. not the best not sure why the SIM stopped working but yes I asked for replacement.
