I have a smarty sim and I got a bonus sim with this. After a month I tried to set up my bonus sim to give to my child but then I realised it wouldn’t be added to my family plan so I ordered another sim with my family plan but before this I had set up the bonus sim and now I can’t remember any info to get the bonus sim closed. I rang smart but they didn’t help at all. I told them my bank details, my address and my name and my sons name and then still can’t close that sim down and now I’m stuck paying £6 a month and I can’t access the sim account but I still have the sim. If after 6 months will the sim be closed down as it is not in use at all, it’s still in the pack from smarty or because auto renew is on, will my sim stay open and will I kept loading £6 a month?
