Can not connect to server

For some reason i am getting a 'can not connect to server' message when dialing sometimes also some saying they can't get through to me

@PhilipEn_226159 Don't really understand - what server? What kind of number are you calling?

Perhaps people cannot get through to you if you are in a poor signal area.
