Hi - i awitched to Smarty a week ago (Sim only) Cannot make calls or send txts. Is there an easy fix?

@DavidRo_2829710 When you log into your account, you should see the allocated number and details of your current smarty plan.
You also need to do a Coverage check for your postcode to ensure an expected signal and also a Network Status check to ensure no local mast problems.
If all that fails, you need to web chat with Smarty Support Team to investigate.

Yes. Change provider. I had the same problem, tried everything, sim never worked. Good luck with getting your PAC code though.
