calling 03 numbers

i recently had free entry into a competition that had a number that started with 03, but now it cuts off the call after about 7 seconds, any idea why

@anthonyh_388142 If it is a standard 03 number, it should be included. It may be because these numbers are not true landlines, but are internet controlled.
