Hello SMARTY,
I have recently transfer from another network to SMARTY but I start having issues with the network. Currently, the person who call me can’t hear the ringing tone in your phone while calling me but I receive call anyways. I have spoken with web chat help desk but they are not able to help me out.
Does anyone had same difficulties recently ? How did it fix ? SMARTY team please help me.
