Help - I can call any contacts and I think it’s to do with call forwarding; I can’t alter this as it is constantly in buffer mode?

@Heather_HKA If you think that there is some problem with your account feature, you will need to web chat with Support Team.
If you say it is only contacts, perhaps it is something wrong in your phone. Have you tried calling a number not in your contacts?

Apple phone say to contact provider & all was fine before transfer to Smarty? I can’t call anyone - it says mobile data not available for this? Please help

It works if I use travel data not mobile data?!

Hi @Heather_HKA I'm not quite sure what you mean by travel data.
You cannot call Smarty - you always need to web chat with Support Team
