Being queued

The queued date keeps being delayed. I want to use my old number.  I have done everything I should have done

@SylviaK_3517137 Firstly, I recommend a web chat with Smarty Support to ask why it keeps changing - but don't forget that weekends and bank holidays would not be included.

If no joy with that, raise a Complaint for it to go further up the 'food chain' within the company.
