Auto Renew won't stop

Can someone please tell me why i keep getting charged every month even though i have unchecked the Auto Renew in my dashboard? I have a data sim, and only want to use it occasionaly. I unchecked the Auto renew last month and a payment was taken for this month. It says it will reset again in 2 days and i know it will take a payment again. Please help!

@LeeGree_2852851  I'm afraid we can't tell you because we don't have access to accounts to see what has gone wrong.

We are forum members like you. The best thing to do would be to web chat with Smarty Support and they can investigate.

Are you sure that you only have one sim on one account?
