14DMBG termination
Waited 3 weeks for 2 different SIM cards that never arrived - despite all the emails saying ACTIVATE your SIM
well, I would if any of them had arrived?
was told to log on to an account I didn't have - so had to create this one to try and request a "14DMBG termination" whereever that is?
Lousy customer service and will never use them again
SO PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and REFUND my money paid?

I've had several Smarty SIMs in the past, and they've almost all arrived the next working day. It sounds like the postal service isn't very good where you live.. hardly Smarty's fault.
Whether you remember it or not,you would have had to create an account as part of the SIM ordering process.
