Adult content filter has been turned back on

After I joined SMARTY I had to enable Adult content to be able to browse Internet Archive website.

This morning I notice that I can't access that site (browser SSL certificate error).

I was told to toggle the Adult content setting, so I switched it off, but even with my debit card that is on file and my age (47!) I am unable to re-enable Adult content. The system charges me the money (I approve the transaction, and it shows in my bank account) but then fails with an error.

What are my options to either get the system to work or get Adult content switched on.

Any help appreciated.
