Hi I've received a text from BT which can't be dealt with over the phone,  smarty say they don't support a reply to this number! , anyone help! Thanks

@KathyAl_1819097  That's correct unfortunately. Smarty do not support short code texts generally (other than one or two to get PAC code etc). Nothing you can do other than to find some other form of contact.
