5G in Chelmsford

The 5G network has been unstable in Chelmsford for the last month. The Smarty Network status says 'We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.' Does anybody know what the issue is and likely resolution date?

Possible link to turning off 3G /someone took a cigarette break /went on a course instead of throwing a switch/tightening a screw/? (delete where not applicable)
