Hi, I recently had my phone repaired, reset and then had to set it up again from backup. Since doing so, I can no longer use my mobile data and only WiFi and Bluetooth work. When I try to make a call it says NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK.
I tried the following:
Reset network settings
Forced restart of phone
Enabled data roaming
Under network mode I selected the 4G/3G/2G option and also to 5G/4G/3G/2G option
Access Point Name selected as Smarty Internet
No joy with anything. Obviously made sure I have been in area of signal.. signal never appears and instead at the top it either shows zero 'bars' or a circular sign with a slash through it.
On my Smarty dashboard it prompts an option to keep my number or transfer another with PAC but it is correctly showing my mobile number at the top.
SIM card looks to be inserted OK.
Any suggestions?

@Melissa_2484795 Did repair shop maybe corrupt the sim totally?
