Wi-Fi access continual issues
I make no changes to the location of my portable modem with my unlimited data SIM. It has been working fine for years until recently. It keeps failing to work. I am unable to access any WiFi and have to keep tapping into my phone data. What is going on? Can anyone advise please?

Rebecca_1966388 Have you checked your account dashboard for a current Smarty plan?
You suggest that your phone sim is working fine. I'm assuming that both are with Smarty?
Have you tried the unlimited Data sim in your phone? This might help pinpoint the problem.
