No service and told lies by smarty Rubbish!

Im sick to death of trying to tell the idiots at smarty that i have no service,  and getting back lies, such as telling me I've renewed when i had, th3n no service in my area, when the smarty system said there was.

I've been with smarty for about 6 years - but on this occasion i am sick!

    Another day passes - complaint made and yet no action by Smarty. To be frank I am not surprised in the slightest, I even made a follow up message again today (probably now about 15 to 20 times I have reported this matter to no avail - the best is these idiots you converse with on the chat, seem to think they are doing me a favour?? What is this all about - the customer is supposed to sup up to the provider in order to get any action?

    The amount of times I have given all my details to these idiots and yet they cannot solve the problem - I have no **bleep** service as although smarty took my subscription they turned off my service.

    I think it's going to be Offcom next

    You got that one right in that I'm frustrated and maybe understatement to state frustrated.

     Firstly I have been with Smarty (unbroken and continuous) since 2018, though this particular account i am having the issue with is a sub account - continous for the past 2 years approximately.

    And when contacting Smarty a couple of days back about this current issue (which remains unresolved till now) when first calling about the issue I am told that i had not paid my renewal - when i had and had earlier seen clarification / notification of the payment from my bank, I was next told that there was no service in my area - though strange again the smarty system said my area had no issues, and added to this point my brothers smarty network was meanwhile working fine???? (and he was at my house at the time).

    Eventually i was being asked time and time and time again the same questions which I continued to answer - but was pushed to the point by the uselessness to say that I am calling from my account - you know fine well who i am - it went on until I basically told them to forget it, as i knew i was absolutely wasting my time with a bunch of incapable wasters.

    It seems for whatever reason I am no longer registered (that is what the phone tells me).

    All in all - I am totally and uterly pisssed off

    Having been messed around for a couple of days, smarty decided to cease my call with them as they didn't like what i was saying,  what a wonderful woke reply by some lazy single parent working from home, while to customer has been left stuffed by smarty

      havenoservice​ You sound pretty frustrated, but it's not totally clear as to the exact nature of the problem.

      Firstly is your sim already activated and dashboard showing a current Smarty plan? (I know you have been with them for a long time, but sometimes things change)

      Have you completed a Network Status check to see if there is a mast problem? It was not totally clear from your post.

      Have you also raised a Complaint if you don't think you have been given accurate information?

      Exactly why did they cut the call off?

        Another useless **bleep** Amit - incapable of doing his job, still no service or action by Smarty
