yup - would  if I could - they're closed at 7.00 pm although they say they're open until from 08.00 until 20.00....Thanks for the advice anyway.

I must also be in that 1%....no service since early yesterday (1st) still down today at 16.18. In BirminghamI can't contact Smarty support because I don't have a working phone !

I've been getting Emergency calls only since early yesterday (1st) and still the same now 16.13 on 2/12 In Birmingham. I can't contact Smarty support becuase the phone is not working !
