My connection has just started working, carried out a speed test and it is running not too bad. 

Is the status checker of any use in the slightest? Surely, an update to the status page with confirming issues is over due?

If only we could ring him to complain.

Over 4 hours and no updates so far? Any news about this please?

No network in Torfaen S Wales.  Phone has been disconnected from network and cannot reconnect. Phone has been restarted and SIM has been tried in another device.  Issue was noticed about 14:00 onwards
