4G Calling VoLTE - Moto g82 5G Handset

I have the above handset. Unfortunately, the option to enable it in Android's Mobile Network settings is blanked out. Smarty's compatibly FAQ shows it as a supported device for 4G calling.Any advice most appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback.Will I still be able to make regular voice calls from my smartphone when Smarty shuts down it's 3G network in late 2024?
