I have had to manually renew my account for months nowBeen in touch through chat every month still not fixed 

Yes I have to pay manually every month this has went on since I joined been on chat every time still not sorted I have a group account the other number auto renews but mine doesn't it's a joke they take money for other account from same card as mine 

I am having similar issues number was meant to be connected 12.09.2023 and still waiting this is a joke as my phone shows number but no calls or texts
