Please can someone help me as the SIM is not working at all as it indicated Emergency Call only...?????

The SIM is not working as it stated emergency calls even though I activated the SIM

The dashboard is OK as it indicated the plan and I don't think this is something to do with network area. But the issue or the problem is the SIM who is not working by standby Emergency call only. But please I want someone to help with.
