I'm also on Android and don't have the option to swap my physical SIM for an eSIM in the app, although I can see that option on the web page so thank you to who posted that. I have a Samsung S25 Ultra and Samsung watch ultra, so I would like to know how to get the eSIM working in the watch. In the Three shop they said it would possible with them (although they made it sound like a second contract). Ideally I would just like to swap the eSIM between the phone and the watch, I don't need them both simultaneously active. Two full days without the ability to make voice calls (wifi calling also doesn't work). Multiple other people on local forums with same issue and my wife's phone on three is the same. Just to add to this old thread... I've just had a text from Barclaycard (from a 5 digit short code) for a security check asking me to reply with 'Y' if I recognised the last 3 transactions. It's a bit disingenuous to say this is affecting a small number of customers when it's clearly a huge issue. I couldn't even get the service checker to work as it wouldn't recognise my (or any) post code. Problems happen, most networks have had issues at some point but it's how you handle them that's important but the information and updates from Three/Smarty have been poor to non existent.
