I signed up to Smarty, with a PAC code to transfer my number. The prior help suggested that the transfer would be done in <2 hours. I got my new SIM, put it in, and activated it. Now I am being told it can take 2 days to get my number. Here's my problem I can't use my SIM for calls or text but my monthly allowance has already started. I'm paying for the transfer period when I cannot use the service. The only fair and transparent way of doing this would be to start the clock once the transfer is complete. The other option would be to enable the number that comes with the SIM card, which is aliased to my old number once it is transferred. What do you think?2.3KViews0likes4Comments
