I can't call 0901 numbers to vote in eurovision. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if there are any **bleep** numbers I can call on this wretched network.What's the point of this top up crap if it can't be used for anything?
I'm trying to vote in eurovision which means dialling a shortcode. I've added some "out of plan" credit but still getting a looping "you've not been given access to this service" message. Can I not call shortcodes?!
Customers really should be notified in advance, and it made very clear on the website, as I couldn't find reference to this anywhere. It's a really poor customer experience.
