Who knows the first number transfer worked fine but this one didn’t they promised to have it sorted in 3-5 days but haven’t I messaged on the fifth day and they did one number straight away but not the other ? I’ve had the same problem ! Wondering if it’s an issue with the website and not the customers error added me as a new group member and gave the PAC code and my number went to the group admins phone not mine and she lost hers nightmare trying to sort it out they promised 3/5 days but today is the 5th day . They’ve recovered the group leaders but they now tell me I’ve got to wait another 3-5 days. I’m not impressed with smarty currently as a new customer 🤬1.4KViews0likes3Comments
