How to get in touch with a real person
I recently bought a 30 day unlimited data pack from a paypoint top up can't update my auto renewal because my bank card is not working smarty or Google have blocked my bank card and I've been disconnected automatically I've only used it for 2 days how do I get Into contact to a real person that could fix this as I've payed £17for a months worth of data and I'm not able to use it or how do I get a refund anyone please help! I've had problems with my bank card smarty won't accept it anymore so I went to a paypoint to buy a 30 day unlimited pack had it for 2 days and got my services suspended I don't have access to another bank card and I'm finding it impossible to get in touch with a real person emails are bots chats is all bots unless I get reconnected I'm switching to another provider what's the point of have a paypoint option if your just going to disconnect people anyway .....460Views0likes1Comment
