Yes, O2 de is the only one available to me. I can access WiFi but not Roam. The APH won't allow me to alter or change from 3 mobile on my Blackview phone. I have the same issue and it won't allow me to change the 3 mobile to the new APN so I created a new one. That then won't allow me to switch. I changed to Smarty for no hassle mobile and this is the first time with any operator I'm having this issue.4.4KViews0likes3Comments
