Your Webchat Team in India are the problem. They have no idea what they are doing, they refuse to escalate anything properly or raise a complaint. I am now stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly and hasn't done since Thursday and instead of escalating it to your Porting Team, they want me to have no phone for 5 days whilst they waste time ordering a new SIM which is not the problem.5.7KViews0likes1CommentRe: Phone transfer
Yes! I am a new customer, my number was supposed to Port on Thursday and now only people on Three can call me. I've wasted 5 hours talking to the 'support' in India and they have got me to try all sorts of pointless stuff on my phone, to get a new phone and try that and all of it has failed. They are refusing to raise a complaint or escalate it. So now I am left with my number in limbo and I have no idea what to do.2.4KViews0likes1Comment
