Texts not showing on dashboard

Over the last two months I am not seeing any texts on my dashboard. Calls and data are showing. Have tried the same online chat a couple of times without success. Any other deas

HiDid some checking. Texts sent as SMS show on my dashboard. Sent via RCS do not show.

I am wondering whether the change to using RCS was around the time of this situation

Not an iPhone user. I have been using smarty for around one year and my dashboard has always shown every text. Until now.Ta for the reply
