I have got it to work by turning off battery and data saver!  Don't know why it's different with SMARTY worked fine with previous SIM

I had the same problem. It was caused by Smarty turning off permissions to view Adult content. Issue resolved when I re-enabled adult content in the App. I had to prove I was over 18 by paying a pound via a credit card? Odd as I had recently joined S...
