I've had no Smarty internet since the 30th Dec 2024 (i still have 16 days of unlimited credit left), today it came on for two hours, now it's gone again... Smarty coverage says "We;re fixing an issue in area, & plan to have it up & running soon as possible",,, its been over a week,,, absolutely disgraceful service at moment. Ive always been a big fan of smarty, told friends to join too,,, but now i have my doubts, not sure if i will carry on with them... I am using GiffGaff to write this btw...

@JohnHeg_1340753 It is Three network who are responsible for the service ultimately and Smarty are in their hands.
If you want to avoid that situation in future, you will not be able to use an MVNO as they do not own networks directly.
