Having the 12GB available to roam in the EU is fantastic, however it would be better and Smarty would be become a market leader if the ability to use the full amount you have on the tariff selected were available.
@k0mk0m I would expect that Smarty currently pay the relevant EU network for our roaming use (or else have some agreement in place). There is presumably a limit set which is acceptable to all parties.
If Smarty wished to increase that limit to support this suggestion, there would be a cost implication and hence I ask who would pay.
There is already a 60 day roaming limit and I expect this is designed to stop EU nationals buying Smarty plans which are possibly cheaper than what they have locally.
