So... I have a SMARTY sim and a giffgaff eSIM on my Fairphone 5. I'm in a very poor signal area so can only use WiFi calling for calls in or out.
Both sims were working fine for WiFi Calling for several weeks but in the last week or two the SMARTY sim has developed a fault. Calls come in okay, the but when I try to pick them up they are silent working on Fairphone but giffgaff still wirks

Apologies for premature send.
Calls come in via the SMARTY sim - the phone rings - but when I accept the call either there is no sound, or there is a moment of voice but then it goes silent. Same with calls out. Rings, connects, but no voice/sound transfer.
Meanwhile, my giffgaff eSIM has just continued to work for calls in and calls out with no issue.
Also meanwhile, SMARTY sends emails telling me there was a 'new log in' on a phone with Android 10. By the timing, it's me, but I'm on Android 14.
Is my SMARTY SIM just broken?
