UNLIMITED DATA run out after only 22g!!!! Help

purchased a data only UNLIMITED data only sim card and after only 22g of data it saying I'm about to run out!!!!! How is this fair? It says no caps etc also 20g for 22g is a joke I could have paid less for 100g but I wanted unlimited as i need internet!! Some one please help!!!

@RobinSy_2629242  First thing to do is check your account dashboard to see that you do have the unlimited plan.

If you do have that plan, then have a web chat with Support Team so that they can investigate your account for you. The only other possible thing to consider is how long it took you to use the 22Gb of data and whether you are currently EU Roaming (that restricts you to 12Gb while roaming).
