Hi,
I recently purchased a SMARTY sim for my iPad and activated it here, but it still shows no service?
Please help!

Sorry its actually a Samsung Tab A, turned on 'mobile data. but i still can't access the internet?

@LanceJo_2879171 Check account dashboard to see that it has active sim and current Smarty plan showing and then check settings to ensure that it is 'looking' for Smarty network.
