Signal outage in east London - E1 TODAY

LOST SIGNAL IN STEPNEY - EAST LONDON!! 16/07/2025 

My signal kept dropping last night but i didn't think anything much of it as I was able to keep watching YouTube. 
Phone, SMS and internet screwed today! 

Today, the signal is horrendous. No coverage at all really. Been able to use the internet only twice all day today to literally send one email and one WhatsApp message - before 'no internet' appears on my browser. 

Have checked signal checker websites and a number of reports in last 24 in and around north and east London. Just warning others. Be great if Smarty could credit my account with hard cash for todays outage.

@DavidCr_3392395  Have you completed a Network Status check for the postcode as well?

If you feel that you deserve some credit, then you would need to taker this up with Smarty - we are only the Forum and are customers like you.

Perhaps worth mentioning that given the maximum spend is £20 per month for a plan, then technically a whole day outage would be valued at about 65pence- but no harm in asking.

Yeah, i've checked status and one network site is saying there's a few reported problems in my postcode. 
I'm new to Smarty and with my last 'community' network - ou could get answers from staff who would monitor things. 

Can't message anyone at Smarty to tell them about my problems. Having to use a shared use computer at the place I live - just to be able to get online to what **bleep** is going on. Seen lots of historic complaints now about signal drops with Smarty - wish i'd seen the poor reviews before starting an account.
