I just purchased a monthly sim. In the process I could port my current number. I entered the PAC code but it said there was an issue right now and to go ahead with the "maybe later" option and that I could port it after signing up. So now I have a new account and a SIM on the way, but I see no option to Port my number? I just see "awaiting number " in my dashboard.
Any ideas?

@JeKe Sounds like they are porting your number. This should happen on next business day before about 5.30pm.
If in doubt, a web chat with Smarty Support will mean that they can check.
