Hi all, I recently signed with Smarty and received the SIM for my new number. I then Ported / PACed my previous EE number to SMARTY. My online Smarty Account reflects my old EE Number and I received confirmation from Smarty that my old number has ported over. Which SIM should be in my phone, my old EE SIM or my new Smarty SIM? I'm using my new Smarty SIM but I'm having an odd experience. When I text someone, it's coming up as from my Smarty number (the one I changed). When that person calls my Smarty number, the number is not recognised. When the same person calls my Ported / PACed phone number it rings through. Thoughts?
