Has Three or Smarty made or going to make an official statement to it’s customers on the circumstances of the outage.
The quality of service for people receiving calls on the network has been terrible for days, today I get continuous pop ups telling me my network settings are no longer recognised, but I’ve been provided with no update.
multi million pound businesses can’t leave people high and dry with no official response from the people we’re paying apart for other customers in a chat room. It’s not OUR job to do.
