Not good with Tech

Hello All I am a Newbie with Smarty

I have a question when using my phone with gmail.

I have been sent an email by Smarty which is welcoming me and showing me what is available with them, at the bottom is a log in button which I press and takes me to the login page which I fill out, this were I am having the problem 😩 it sends an email to verification code to make sure that it is me signing in, I have to come out of that email to go to the inbox to get the code but once I got the code I've lost the page to enter the code as I had to come out of it to get the code. Is there any one who can explain in plain English not tech talk how to get around this.

@Big_John  Let's try......When you come out of the Smarty screen it is not actually lost. Your phone is opening up gmail screen for you to obtain the code.

The way to get back to the Smarty window depends upon what phone you have. With a newish iPhone, you can flip upwards and you will see a small version of each open screen and so can get back to the one you want.

I do not use android, but perhaps someone else will chip in with an exact technique.

It's much easier once you get used to it.....honest!!!🤣
